Serving on the Los Gatos Town Council is something I take very seriously. It is the natural evolution of my community involvement over the last 29 years. As you can see, I am not a "Johnny-come-lately" to community involvement.

Our oldest son, Stephen, graduated from Bellarmine College Preparatory this past May, where he was a four year member of the Speech and Debate Team. He is now attending the University of Denver, where he was invited into the Honors Program and where he plans to double-major in Computer Science and Mathematics.
During high school, Stephen was very involved in community service projects, including serving as a student member of the Santa Clara County Juvenile Justice Commission for more than two years.

Our younger son, Brian, is now a Sophomore at Bellarmine College Prep. He, too, is involved in commuinty service. He was recently honored as the 2008 Teen Volunteer of the Year by the Central YMCA. As a result, he was extremely proud to be named a Future Leader and asked to lead the Pledge of Allegience at the June 2, meeting of the Los Gatos Town Council.
